Data deletion
Last updated October 6, 2026
You can have LossLoops delete the data it holds about you or a business at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Remove a connected account
Disconnecting a source in LossLoops deletes its access tokens immediately and revokes them with the provider where the provider allows it. Metrics already imported from it stay in the client's reports until the client is deleted, so past reports remain accurate.
- Sign in at app.lossloops.com.
- Open the client business, then Sources.
- Choose Disconnect next to the source.
You can also revoke access from the provider's own settings. Meta and HighLevel notify LossLoops, which deletes the tokens right away; for Google and CallRail, LossLoops deletes them when its next sync finds access revoked, within 24 hours:
- Facebook and Meta: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove LossLoops.
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, then LossLoops, then remove access.
- HighLevel: uninstall the LossLoops app from the sub-account or agency.
- CallRail: delete the API key you created for LossLoops.
Delete a client business or a whole agency
An agency admin can delete a client business from its settings, which deletes all of that client's imported data, reports and tokens right away. Closing the agency account deletes everything after the 30-day read-only period described in the privacy policy.
Ask us to delete it
Email info@hitselectagency.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us:
- your name and the email address you use with LossLoops, or the Facebook or Google account that was connected;
- the agency or business involved, if you know it.
We'll confirm we received the request within 3 business days, verify it, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation code you can use to check the request's status with us. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
If you're a customer of a business that uses LossLoops, that business controls your data. We'll pass your request to its agency and help them complete it.
